Terms and Conditions

JOARTE SL offers professional services in:

• Construction and building
• Comprehensive and partial renovations
• Architecture and design projects
• Construction consulting
• Construction project management

3.1 Quotes

• Quotes are free and without obligation
• Valid for 30 days from issuance
• Prices include VAT unless otherwise indicated

3.2 Contracting

• Acceptance of the quote constitutes a contract
• Contract signature required for projects over €3,000
• Payments will be made according to agreed schedule

• Execution deadlines will be specified in each contract
• May be affected by adverse weather conditions
• Project changes may modify agreed deadlines
• Any delays will be notified with maximum advance notice

5.1 Work Warranty

• 2-year warranty on new construction
• 1-year warranty on renovations
• 6-month warranty on minor repairs

5.2 Exclusions

• Damage from improper use or negligence
• Natural wear of materials
• Damage caused by third parties

6.1 JOARTE SL

• Execute work with professionalism and quality
• Comply with current regulations
• Maintain liability insurance
• Use certified quality materials

6.2 Client

• Provide access to work during agreed hours
• Make payments according to established schedule
• Provide truthful and complete information
• Obtain necessary permits when applicable

7.1 Modifications

Modifications to the original project must be approved in writing and may involve price and deadline adjustments.

7.2 Cancellations

• Client may cancel with 48h advance notice
• Work already performed and materials acquired will be billed
• Cancellations without notice may generate penalties

In case of disputes, resolution through direct negotiation will be attempted. If not possible, it will be submitted to the competent courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Current Spanish legislation on construction and consumer matters will apply.
